Paolo and Isabella and Sarah were all so kind warm and welcoming. Even the gentleman (whos name I didnt get) were all so friendly and helpful! They ran out of steak but whipped up a batch just for me even before closing. I always love coming here, and this is just another reason why! And the food, always amazing!💪🏽🫶🏽

CAVA in the Burbank Empire Center is a gem for anyone who loves bold, bright Mediterranean flavors. This location nails consistency: the greens are crisp, the proteins are juicy, and the dips taste like they were made minutes ago. I always gravitate toward the grilled chicken or falafel, and both are seasoned beautifully. What really sets this CAVA apart is how well the team handles the rush. Even when the line is long, it moves fast, and the staff stays upbeat and helpful. They’re generous with portions and never make you feel rushed while choosing your toppings. The interior is modern and clean, with plenty of seating for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. I love pairing my bowl with their refreshing cucumber mint lemonade—it’s the perfect balance to the spicy harissa. Parking can be chaotic (it’s the Empire Center, after all), but once you’re inside, the experience is smooth and satisfying. If you’re craving something flavorful, customizable, and healthier than typical fast food, this CAVA is absolutely worth the stop.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a huge shout-out to Justin at CAVA for providing one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. He was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure every customer had a great experience. Justin went above and beyond with his attention to detail and positive attitude, making us feel welcomed and appreciated from start to finish. Exceptional employees like him are a big reason customers keep coming back. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Combined with Justin's exceptional service, it made for an all-around fantastic dining experience. CAVA is lucky to have Justin on their team. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and dedication to great customer service. We'll definitely be back!!

I am loving the new Glazed Salmon!!! So delicious. I’m trying to eat more lean protein and this fits into my diet but makes me feel like I’m having a cheat meal. We love coming to the Burbank Cava. The employees are always so friendly and the food is great! I know there are a lot of choices at the Empire Center but Cava tops the list.
